Thursday 5th April – at the Kyby Clubrooms – from 5.30pm onwards.
Please bring your Medicare Card plus $13.20 (This is the 2018 influenza vaccine).
Juniors – maybe get a screenshot of your family’s Medicare Card – otherwise bring the following information:
Medicare Number / Expiry Date / Reference Number on the Card next to your name
If you’re lucky, you might get a lollipop afterwards.
